A moment for thought

As I was going through my draft list of ideas, topics and inspiration for my weekly blog posts, I couldn’t quite connect with something to share this week. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out, what it was that was holding me back from tapping into something to write.

As I open up this blank editor, I am reminded of something. The number one motivation behind any post I write or anything I share is exactly about that, sharing. Sharing ideas, thoughts, lessons, tips, and inspiration. And through that serving and helping others in any which way I can.

So naturally, the most profound fulfilment I have gotten from my writing, sharing & teaching is when someone shares with me that it helped them in any way or form no matter how big or small (in this case there is no such thing as small!) or when in turn someone shares with me their thoughts, ideas or inspiration.

I figured, this week, I would be honoured to hold space for a moment of thought, together.

I would love to hear from you, what it is that is on your mind at this very moment, at this very second? Maybe something you have been wondering, something you have been feeling, questions you may have (about anything, not just pertaining to me or this blog!) even fun tips or ideas that you would like to share. It is all welcome!

Creating space for sharing and community is something I hold close, a mutual exchange of love and support. And I would be honoured to open the door and hold space for that moment. It is only by staying in tune not only with myself but with those around me as well (far or near), that I may be able to serve in the most authentic, loving and effective way possible.

So please, feel absolutely free and at ease to drop a comment below, or shoot me an email with anything that may be on your mind, or fun ideas you want to share.

It is with great excitement and joy that I wait to hear from you!

Love & Light,
