Miracle Monday: An Introduction

“Miracles are natural. When they do not occur something has gone wrong.”

– A Course in Miracles, pg. 03

When it comes to our understanding of miracles, we tend to see miracles as unfathomable, magical, extraordinary things… “an event not explicable by natural or scientific laws.”

And, to some extent, that is exactly what they are… from our current level of perception that is.

We seem to have forgotten that these so-called “unfathomable, magical and extraordinary” things as “uncommon” or “unnatural” as they may seem are actually, absolutely natural. Miracles are our original and natural state of being.

We seem to have gotten lost in the illusions of our own perceptions and projections, that is, a place where a continuous state of fear, lack and separation has become natural. We have separated from our original state of love and fragmented into the illusion of fear.

Becoming Miracle minded, then, is exactly that, a type of “mindset” or “right-mindedness” where we learn to re-align our thoughts with the Truth of our Self. This mindset then represents freedom from fear, and a return to the only truth there is… LOVE.

So, what is a miracle? A miracle is anything that reminds us of and re-aligns us with, our truth, a “correction” in our thinking which shifts us from fear to Love. An adjustment reaffirming our role as the creators of our own experience. Stimulating the awareness of something which transcends the body, something eternal, peaceful and loving. Our only true reality.

YOU are a miracle.

This week’s Miracle Mantra

A weekly Mantra to support the practice of re-aligning with the truth of who you are. A thought to be repeated throughout the week and the day.

“I AM ENOUGH.”

Simple. Surprising. Highly effective.

Throughout my practice as a Spiritual teacher and student, this has been one of those things that were initially met with a great amount of resistance, which ultimately proved to be an invaluable part of the practice. “I know I’m enough, I feel good about myself, I’m a confident person…” then what would be the issue with applying this mantra? Aha…

You can choose to apply this mantra in whatever way you may feel called to. A great way to start is by setting some time away each morning and evening, about 5 minutes, to repeat the mantra, a few times and take some long deep breaths in silence.

Love you,
