Your vibe, your responsibility

“Love holds no grievances.”

– A Course in Miracles, Workbook lesson 68

One of the biggest ways we tend to neglect our energetic power is when we hold on to grievances. Whether it’s towards ourselves or towards others, it’s all the same. We hold on to complaints, anger, hurt, upset, sadness, offense, criticism, and resentment without realizing the detrimental effects these low energy thoughts can have on our well-being and quality of life.

Now, as you may or may not know, I am no advocate for suppressing or neglecting emotions that need to be felt. I am a firm believer in the fact that without the low there is no high, without both, there is no balance. The yin and yang of life. Honor both darkness and light as needed.

However, I do believe there is a fine line between allowing space for what needs to be felt and processed and becoming self-indulgent in our low vibe patterns.

There is no getting around the fact, that quantum science has proven that everything is energy. Every single thing is comprised of atoms. Everything we think we see as ‘solid’ is comprised basically out of atoms and space.

We and everything around us is pure energy. Energy attracts to it that which is like itself, this is fact. So whenever you hang out in those lower energy vibrations – thoughts, emotions, experiences – you are literally creating and attracting more of that. The law of cause and effect is simple and clear. When you do this you get that.

And as long as we choose to remain unaware of how we are the ones responsible for shifting our own energy, we will stay stuck in those grievances, and become complacent to the infamous line “well that’s just the way things are” and cast aside the true power within us all.

Forgetting our true nature; LOVE.

This week’s Miracle Mantra & Meditation

A weekly Mantra to support the practice of re-aligning with the truth of who you are. A thought to be repeated throughout the week and the day.

This beautiful line from A Course in Miracle’s workbook lesson 68, reminds us that when we are aligned to love, we are not able to hold grievances. When we are able to release our grievances we find safety and security in the truth of who we are as we connect to the pure energy of love and peace, and thus re-align with the ability to shift our energy.

Get this week’s FREE GUIDED MEDITATION HERE as a great additional support to your practice.

You can choose to apply this mantra in whatever way you may feel called to. A great way to start is by setting some time away each morning and evening, about 5 minutes, to repeat the mantra, a few times and take some long deep breaths in silence.
