Healing one ‘aha’ at a time

Blog Meditation

“Those who are healed become the instruments of healing.”

A course in Miracles | Lesson 137

As we create space to breathe, as we become willing to see things differently, as we choose to narrow the gap of our separation from God, divine grace and love, one ‘aha’ at a time – we heal.

Every time we heal ourselves – any part of ourselves – we become instruments of healing. We are given the opportunity to allow our healing the be used to heal others.

Every time someone else finds healing, their experience creates space for our healing.

It’s a divine cycle of love, and healing, and growth and self-actualization, that knows no bounds and no limits.

Every time we ask ourselves “what is it I need to learn from this?”  we empower ourselves to find the growth and healing in every situation, and every moment. We empower ourselves to transcend whatever hardships we may be facing, to find healing and to create space for others to heal as well.

This week’s Miracle Mantra & Meditation

A weekly Mantra to support the practice of re-aligning with the truth of who you are.

“WHEN I AM HEALED I AM NOT HEALED ALONE”

This week’s mantra comes straight from lesson 137 of A course in miracles. It reminds us that as we heal “one aha at a time” (courtesy of one of my teachers Marianne Williamson) we create space for others to heal as well. Every time we heal by narrowing the gap between us and God, we have the opportunity to allow our healing to be used to heal others.

You can choose to apply this mantra in whatever way you may feel called to. A great way to start is by setting some time away each morning and evening, about 5 minutes, to repeat the mantra, a few times and take some long deep breaths in silence.

Love you,
