I’m sure, that every single year, most of us tend to have the sense that that year was the most difficult, challenging, beautiful or valuable year yet.
And as 2018 comes to a close I also find myself naturally going over this past year, all the highs, the lows, the growth and the great.
As I take a moment to review my year, I want to share with you a small part of how I do that, and maybe inspire you to also take a moment to reflect on this past year.
There’s something powerful that happens when we take a moment to reflect. Especially if the final part of the year felt particularly overwhelming. Which can sometimes lead to the whole year being oveshadowed by this ‘last lap’.
We get caught in the overwhelming final circumstances and forget all the good and growth that also occured that year.
When we take the time to really reflect on all that has happened in the past year, we create space to become truly conscious of all the lessons, the growth and the insight.
We take a moment to acknowledge what has been and prepare for what is to come. To acknowledge the experiences, the people, and the lessons.
Take these questions with you, print them out, keep them on your phone, write them out, take a moment to reflect with grattiude and reverence on this past year…
I wish you the happiest of holidays, the merriest of Christmases, Hanukkah or whatever it is you may be celebrating.
I wish you a beautiful time fo reflection towards this year’s end and a beautiful, healthy, happy, conscious and radiant new year ahead.
Love you,
True story! Thank you Love.
