What do you do? What do you want? These are questions I get often. And I think it’s safe to say that these questions pop up for many of us.
And whether or not you know the answers, this a great opportunity to either clarify what you do and want, or to start the reflective process of figuring it out.
And sometimes we know in our hearts what it is we want but finding the words, can be quite difficult.
Often times when I would get these questions it would either catch me off guard or even make me doubt myself.
And that wasn’t because I didn’t know what I was doing or wanted. I could feel it in my heart and mind and soul what I do, but translating that into words seemed to be very difficult.
As I continue to shape my what and why as I continue to grow and transform, it gets clearer and clearer.
A while ago I watched an episode of Impact Theory by Tom Bilyue which my mom actually sent me, and Vishen Lakhiani was a guest (watch the video here, https://youtu.be/Mer5BJzYVG0)
Watching this video gave me chills, and within minutes helped me sharpen even more what it is I do and want.
The work Vishen does with his Global school Mindvalley, which is focused on delivering transformational education is SO COOL.
As I heard the talk and interview my heart kept skipping beats.
YES. THOSE ARE THE WORDS I’m LOOKING FOR.
Now to make them my own.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT I WANT TO HAVE ON THE WORLD?
I am here to do my part in the biggest levelling up in human consciousness our generation and world has ever seen. I am here to do my part in inspiring healthy, conscious, radiant, thriving, empowered people.
As I learn, sharing with others how to stay healthy, how to take care of our minds, bodies and spirit, how to find vitality and longevity, how to navigate our emotions, how to find freedom within ourselves and get good at life.
All the things we do not get in school. All the things that ACTUALLY matter.
I happen do that through different avenues relating to the wellness and health of body mind and spirit. Yoga, meditation, essential oils, mindfulness, what is inspiring and helping me at the moment.
Vishen shared an interesting bit on how Google’ VP of technology had said that by 2029 we will have the equivalent of personalized AI on our phones. So all the things we spend time in school memorizing basically, will be available to us on this extended brain. So what is then left to learn?
How do we stay healthy, how do expand our views, how do we deal with our emotions, with mental health, with depression, how do we take care of our bodies.
THIS IS WHAT I DO. THIS IS WHAT I AM HERE TO DO.
And it occurred to me, that when we stay open to learn new things from new people, when we actually create the space to consume content and teachings from those we consider like minded, we can actually be inspired in such a way that it allows us to finally find the words and the clarity we need to define our purpose.
So, I ask YOU – WHAT IMPACT ARE YOU HERE TO HAVE?
