You can do all the latest workouts, eat all the healthiest foods, get the most nourishing sleep and drink all the green juice you want – but none of that will matter, if you don’t stay on top is this one very important factor. The one thing that will without a doubt, MAKE or BREAK your health…
And that is, the quality of YOUR THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS.
By now, you may or may not have heard about the super fit, vegan, 40 year old, green juicing yogi who all of a sudden gets a heart attack or gets diagnosed with cancer. How? They’re doing everything right, aren’t they?
Well, here’s the thing, more and more we are learning the incredible power that our thoughts and emotions have on our entire system.
More and more research is popping up all over the place on how stress, anxiety, and other “negative” emotions are literally inducing physiological responses in the body. Everything from depleting your adrenal glands through anger to releasing a rush of cortisol from stress & anxiety.
And unless we make the conscious effort to take care of our minds the way we take care of our bodies, the ‘outer’ stuff just won’t cut it.
